Students, Parents/Guardians, and Faculty/Staff can submit a Request for Support form: CVUSD REQUEST FOR SUPPORT- Ayala HS if you believe a student requires social-emotional support. Intervention Counselors will respond to the submitter within 72 working hours to discuss concerns and acknowledge receipt of the Request for Support. Intervention Counselors will meet with the student to provide social-emotional support. If you are seeking academic support, please contact your School Counselor of Record. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact 9-1-1 or go to your nearest hospital.
