The CSF membership drive for Spring 2026 IS NOW OPEN through Thursday, March 5th, 2026.  

Please, go to the CSF Google Classroom (Code: tk56b3f).

Please read the REQUIREMENTS. If you meet the requirements, open the APPLICATION form and carefully review and refer the attached Course List as you complete your application. YOU MUST PRINT IT OUT. Once you fill out your application, you will see if you meet the 10-point requirement. NO D's or F's for the semester or you do not qualify for CSF. NO N or D Citizenship grades. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

A. To qualify for CSF Membership this semester, follow the following guidelines:

1. You must earn a minimum of 10 points from last semester’s grades.

a. The first four (4) points must be from List I

b. The first seven (7) points (including the four described in part a) must be from Lists I and II.

c. The remaining points may come from any List (I, II, or III)

2. You must use no more than five (5) courses to qualify.

3. No CSF points are given for physical education or courses taken in lieu.

4. CSF points are granted as follows:

● a grade of A = 3 CSF points;

● a grade of B = 1 CSF point;

● One additional point shall be granted for a grade of A or B in an AP, IB, or Honors course, up to maximum of two such.

● a grade of C = 0 CSF points; and

● a grade of D or F in any course, even one you cannot use to qualify, disqualifies you from membership at this time

 

If you MEET the grades and points requirements per CSF, please follow these steps to complete the application process:

1️⃣ Print a physical copy of the CSF Application and fill out to make sure you have met the 10 point grade point requirement.

2️⃣ Print a physical copy of your transcript from last semester (Fall 2025) showing your name and/or photo printed - YOU CAN GET THIS FROM AERIES (CLICK DESCENDING ORDER so the most recent semester is on the front)

3️⃣ Pay the membership fee $10.00 on the Ayala Student Webstore AND print your receipt

📌ALL APPLICATION MATERIALS ARE DUE TO MRS. ALVES' ROOM (B-137) ON THE DESIGNATED GRADE LEVEL DAY BELOW AFTER SCHOOL 3:22 - 3:45 PM 

  • Tuesday 3/3 (seniors)

  • Wednesday 3/4 (juniors)

  • Thursday 3/5 (sophomores and freshmen) *Freshmen can now apply using first semester HIGH SCHOOL GRADES.

You must have 4 applications turned in total including this Spring Semester senior fall semester grades to earn a CSF cord and Lifetime Membership to CSF.
