Your student will be entered into our Bulldog Raffle if the parent completes the steps below. This raffle—and all additional incentives—are available only for students whose parent completes and verifies the 2026 School Quality Survey.

Steps to Complete the Survey

1. Complete the 2026 School Quality Survey CLICK HERE
2. Email verification of completion to Monica_Machado@chino.k12.ca.us  (A screenshot + your student’s full name)

When a parent completes the steps above, their student will receive:

• One Bulldog Buck (pick up in the Counseling Office from Monica Machado)
• Entry into the 9th–12th Grade Ice Cream Raffle
• Seniors: A chance to win one graduation ticket
